There are 3 simple step to follow this trick.
1:- open Internet setting & create new Internet Profile
2:- Edit or Write

Connection Name :-   Apnasub
Access point  :-          ufone.pmms
Home Page  :-  http://apnasub.blogspot.com/

Now Open Advance setting

Proxy Server Address :-  172.16.13.26
Port :-          8080

 3:- Save, connect and enjying
